I just found this bot in HackForums
It uses proxies to get views for YouTube videos .
Download Link : YoutubeViewer
Instructions :
1.Extract the Rar file .
2.Run Patch.exe
3.Run Youtube Viewer V3!.exe
4.Load proxy list (provided in the rar) you can get more by googling.
5.Click on Start and wait :)
Note : Dont Change any other value
