Initiating a price war in the broadband segment, state-run BSNL on Monday announced a reduction in post-paid broadband tariffs by up to 75 per cent, a move that may force private players to follow suite.
BSNL offers tariff in two categories — home users and general users. Under both categories, tariffs are available in limited and unlimited downloads.
To give a push to its broadband business, BSNL has reformulated its existing post-paid broadband tariff structure, it said in a statement.
With the implementation of new tariffs the entry threshold would come down from Rs 2,150 to Rs 850 only translating into a reduction of over 60 per cent.
It has reduced download charges from 50-60 paise per megabyte (MB) to 20 paise per MB for up to 5 gigabyte and 10 paise per MB thereafter. This nearly 75 per cent cut in tariff will be applicable for customers having plans of Rs 250-700.
Additional download charges in limited broadband tariff plans has also been reduced to 10 paise per MB for all customers paying more than Rs 999 fixed monthly charges.
The company has announced new broadband tariff plan for business and corporate customers. This new plan launched in the name of ‘BBG COMBO ULD 850’ will provide unlimited download to business customers at a download speed of 1 mega byte per second (mbps) up to 8 GB and 256 kilo byte per second (kbps) thereafter.
The company has also upgraded download speed in various post-paid plans by 50 per cent, besides increasing free download limit under its various tariff plans up from 10 GB to 250 GB.
The company announced an increase in free calls limit for its combo plan. Free calls have been doubled from 250 to 500, 300 to 500 and 500 to 1000 under different categories.
In addition to this, the company has introduced free calls facility in four combo packages. The number of free calls range between 500 to 2000.
BSNL has 60 per cent market share in broadband segment and expects that these new changes in tariff plans to change the broadband landscape of the country.

So we all know that Facebook recently announced that from March 11, 2011, the Static FBML application will no longer be available to be added to Pages and that no new FBML applications can be created after that date.
The good news is they are allowing i-frames, this application allows you to add "external" content on your facebook page without any limitations which were set by FBML. Now you have no limitations and use full support of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript like any other Web page does.
This is all we need to do as told be facebook:
1) Upload all your files on an external server (FTP)
2) Installing the facebook developer application at facebook(dot)com/developers (with this, you can create your own tab ie., an application which gets "added" to any of the page you admin using HTML, CSS and JAVA and not FBML)
I know about step 2, and have no questions as of now. But I have a question about step 1 as read above. What does it mean by uploading on some server? Does it mean we can upload our files on some file hosting website? What's the best way to do step 1?
Also, share your new techniques/creativity of changing your pages with full HTML/CSS support. I need to design a tab for my page which must look just like a website (with menu options), using this NEW update from facebook. Let's share our work.

Back in January of this year, the Chromium open source project launched a well-received vulnerability reward program. In the months since launch, researchers reporting a wide range of great bugs have received rewards — a small summary of which can be found in the Hall of Fame. We've seen a sustained increase in the number of high quality reports from researchers, and their combined efforts are contributing to a more secure Chromium browser for millions of users.
Today, we are announcing an experimental new vulnerability reward program that applies to Google web properties. We already enjoy working with an array of researchers to improve Google security, and some individuals who have provided high caliber reports are listed on our credits page. As well as enabling us to thank regular contributors in a new way, we hope our new program will attract new researchers and the types of reports that help make our users safer.
In the spirit of the original Chromium blog post, we have some information about the new program in a question and answer format below:
Q) What applications are in scope?
A) Any Google web properties which display or manage highly sensitive authenticated user data or accounts may be in scope. Some examples could include:
For now, Google's client applications (e.g. Android, Picasa, Google Desktop, etc) are not in scope. We may expand the program in the future.
Q) What classes of bug are in scope?
A) It's difficult to provide a definitive list of vulnerabilities that will be rewarded, however, any serious bug which directly affects the confidentiality or integrity of user data may be in scope. We anticipate most rewards will be in bug categories such as:
* XSS
* XSRF / CSRF
* XSSI (cross-site script inclusion)
* Bypassing authorization controls (e.g. User A can access User B's private data)
* Server side code execution or command injection
Out of concern for the availability of our services to all users, we ask you to refrain from using automated testing tools.
These categories of bugs are definitively excluded:
* attacks against Google’s corporate infrastructure
* social engineering and physical attacks
* denial of service bugs
* non-web application vulnerabilities, including vulnerabilities in client applications
* SEO blackhat techniques
* vulnerabilities in Google-branded websites hosted by third parties
* bugs in technologies recently acquired by Google
Q) How far should I go to demonstrate a vulnerability?
A) Please, only ever target your own account or a test account. Never attempt to access anyone else's data. Do not engage in any activity that bombards Google services with large numbers of requests or large volumes of data.
Q) I've found a vulnerability — how do I report it?
A) Contact details are listed here. Please only use the email address given for actual vulnerabilities in Google products. Non-security bugs and queries about problems with your account should should instead be directed to the Google Help Centers.
Q) What reward might I get?
A) The base reward for qualifying bugs is $500. If the rewards panel finds a particular bug to be severe or unusually clever, rewards of up to $3,133.7 may be issued. The panel may also decide a single report actually constitutes multiple bugs requiring reward, or that multiple reports constitute only a single reward.
We understand that some researchers aren’t interested in the money, so we’d also like to give you the option to donate your reward to charity. If you do, we'll match it — subject to our discretion.
Regardless of whether you're rewarded monetarily or not, all vulnerability reporters who interact with us in a respectful, productive manner will be credited on a new vulnerability reporter page. If we file a bug internally, you'll be credited.
Superstar performers will continue to be acknowledged under the "We Thank You" section of this page.
Q) How do I find out if my bug qualified for a reward?
A) You will receive a comment to this effect in an emailed response from the Google Security Team.
Q) What if someone else also found the same bug?
A) Only the first report of a given issue that we had not yet identified is eligible. In the event of a duplicate submission, only the earliest received report is considered.
Q) Will bugs disclosed without giving Google developers an opportunity to fix them first still qualify?
A) We believe handling vulnerabilities responsibly is a two-way street. It's our job to fix serious bugs within a reasonable time frame, and we in turn request advance, private notice of any issues that are uncovered. Vulnerabilities that are disclosed to any party other than Google, except for the purposes of resolving the vulnerability (for example, an issue affecting multiple vendors), will usually not qualify. This includes both full public disclosure and limited private release.
Q) Do I still qualify if I disclose the problem publicly once fixed?
A) Yes, absolutely! We encourage open collaboration. We will also make sure to credit you on our new vulnerability reporter page.
Q) Who determines whether a given bug is eligible?
A) Several members of the Google Security Team including Chris Evans, Neel Mehta, Adam Mein, Matt Moore, and Michal Zalewski.
Q) Are you going to list my name on a public web page?
A) Only if you want us to. If selected as the recipient of a reward, and you accept, we will need your contact details in order to pay you. However, at your discretion, you can choose not to be listed on any credit page.
Q) No doubt you wanted to make some legal points?
A) Sure. We encourage broad participation. However, we are unable to issue rewards to individuals who are on sanctions lists, or who are in countries (e.g. Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria) on sanctions lists. This program is also not open to minors. You are responsible for any tax implications depending on your country of residency and citizenship. There may be additional restrictions on your ability to enter depending upon your local law.
This is not a competition, but rather an experimental and discretionary rewards program. You should understand that we can cancel the program at any time, and the decision as to whether or not to pay a reward has to be entirely at our discretion.
Of course, your testing must not violate any law, or disrupt or compromise any data that is not your own.
Thank you for helping us to make Google's products more secure. We look forward to issuing our first reward in this new program.

With a new Website you must be willing to display Ads on your Site and Earn Money by them. But Unfortunately There are many problems Faced by new Webmasters.
1. Low Site Visit 2. No approval of Ads 3. Almost No clicks evn if Ad is approved
Here is the Site to make you Rid of all these Problems
TRAFFIC REVENUE
This Ad network Provides You:
1. Ads To be Displayed on any website 2. High CPM 3. paid for impressions so no need of clicks. 4. 5$ payment by PAYPAL
Its playable with 15FPS, only if Software Vertex Mode is enabled. So you need a good processor, like Core2Duo with above 2.0GHz to see the benefits of software vertex mode.
There are cheap computers and then there are cheap computers, but $37 might just take the proverbial cake. A persistent eBay listing has just that on offer, with the bargain basement price in question netting you a 7-inch netbook with Wi-Fi running Windows CE.
Don’t plan on editing your next HD blockbuster film or running Crysis on these babies’ underpowered components, but for less than four Alexander Hamiltons you get an actually functional machine running on a 300 MHz ARM processor with 128MB RAM and 2GB storage. You also get a 7-inch screen displaying at 800 x 480 resolution, an ethernet port, two USB ports, an SD slot, Wi-Fi and a 9-volt AC adapter.
The catch is that these laptops and internals are either factory seconds or items that failed quality control tests. Obviously you wouldn’t want one of these devices for anything mission critical, but for the adventurous and/or hobbyist crowd a working $37 laptop could make a fun auxiliary PC. It’s also a promising signpost on the way to the super cheap commoditization of personal computers.
Would you consider experimenting with a $37 laptop, and if so what would you use it for?
Most experts agree: The Internet improves social relations and will continue to do so over the next decade. And you thought the machines were going to rise up and murder us all.
The Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project and Elon University’s Imagining the Internet Center just released their fourth “Future of the Internet” survey, the topic of which was “The Future of Social Relations.” The opt-in study, which tapped 895 tech stakeholders and critics, essentially presented respondents with two differing world views:
“In 2020, when I look at the big picture and consider my personal friendships, marriage and other relationships, I see that the internet has mostly been a positive force on my social world. And this will only grow more true in the future. ”
and…
“In 2020, when I look at the big picture and consider my personal friendships, marriage and other relationships, I see that the internet has mostly been a negative force on my social world. And this will only grow more true in the future. ”
They then chose one viewpoint, elaborated as to why they chose that stance, as well as pontificated on the subject more generally. The results are pretty interesting.
As you can see from the above graphic, 85% think that their lives have been improved by the web, and that this theme will continue over the course of the next decade. The graphic shows two different groups: 371 long-time experts who regularly participate in the surveys, and the entire survey group, which includes other experts.
In looking at these results it’s important to take them with a grain of salt, as they come from people who are mostly web enthusiasts. According to Pew, “50% have been using the Internet since 1992 or earlier, with 11% actively involved online since 1982 or earlier. When asked for their primary area of Internet interest, 15% of the survey participants identified themselves as research scientists; 14% as business leaders or entrepreneurs; 12% as consultants or futurists, 12% as authors, editors or journalists; 9% as technology developers or administrators; 7% as advocates or activist users; 3% as pioneers or originators; 2% as legislators, politicians or lawyers; and 25% specified their primary area of interest as ‘other.’”
Respondents include everyone from Craig Newmark, the founder of Craigslist, to folks from top universities and government agencies, as well as companies like Google, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Yahoo, Intel, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Ericsson Research, Nokia and The New York Times.
Still, Pew provided a myriad of more descriptive responses from those surveyed that cast an interesting light on the findings. While many cited positive experiences with the web — such as meeting spouses, fostering relationships with distant relatives and cutting the costs of communication — many also questioned the effects of the web on society. Think loss of privacy, deep relationships and burgeoning intolerance (not to mention the rise of Justin Bieber — my own contribution). Here’s a selection of quotes from survey respondents that we found most interesting. Take a moment and let us know in the comments: How do you think the web is affecting our social relations?
“The net is about people connecting online, for commerce, politics, and personally, and we already see that enhances real-life relationships. Location-based social networking, in particular, will be a big part of our lives.” —Craig Newmark, founder and customer- service representative, Craigslist, former software engineer and programmer at companies such as JustInTime Solutions, Bank of America and IBM
“If – and I believe this will happen eventually – the tendency to make remarks and adopt positions you would never consider in person can be overcome, online society stands a very real chance of taking interpersonal relationships to a level never before possible. Balancing out the anonymity and lack of physical contact is the ability to mask a plethora of medical and psychological conditions that until now have proven serious handicaps to social interaction. No one stutters or stammers on Twitter.” —Robert G. Ferrell, information systems security professional, US government, former systems security specialist, National Business Center, US Department of the Interior
“Fifty years ago emigrants left their family and friends behind. Now people who move from one country to another simply enlarge their social networks, building truly global communities.” —Hal Varian, chief economist of Google and on the faculty at the University of California-Berkeley
“The Internet helps me maintain contact with a greater number of people. But it also makes it easier for me to retreat within a form-fitted political, religious, or social landscape. It’s when we find ways to work with people with whom we disagree that society progresses. The internet makes it easier for me to avoid disagreement and compromise and encourages me to become more strident and polarized in my views. That’s a problem.” —Tim Marema, vice president of the Center for Rural Strategies
“The technology is simply as good or bad as human nature. One has only to look at the hype around #iranelection to see the capacity for giddy optimism to be supplanted by calculated abuse of power. The Internet can be a positive force for creating reinforcing social connections, and a negative for abuse of civil liberties and increasing polarization of opinion.” —Perry Hewitt, director of digital communications and communications services at Harvard University
Facebook has begun testing face detection technology for Facebook Photos. This is the first of what seems like a series of new features for its popular photo product.
The tests, which some users will see starting today, focus on decreasing the tediousness of “tagging” friends in Facebook photos. In the current Photos feature, users upload photos, click on each face in a photo, tag that photo with the friend pictured therein and continue the process until the album is tagged.
If you’ve got a large album or a lot of friends in a single photo, this process is inefficient and tedious. To solve this problem, Facebook has implemented face detection technology that will automatically find faces in photos and select them, eliminating one of the most tedious steps in tagging Facebook friends in photos. Your friends are already selected by the software — all you have to do is answer the Facebook prompt, “Whose face is this?”
The technology is the same as the facial detection technology most digital cameras use today. While the tech itself may not be all that new, it is a clever and very welcomed addition to the Facebook Photos feature set.
The company also promises that face detection is merely the first of many improvements that they’re trying out. It’s also interesting that the post was written by Sam Odio, one of the co-founders of Divvyshot, which Facebook acquired back in April in order to improve the Photos product.
Firefox is the preferred browser of many a seasoned netizen, and it’s got the stats to prove it: As of today, Firefox users have collectively downloaded more than two billion add-ons.
Here’s another interesting statistic: the number of downloads actually exceeds the number of Internet (Internet) users globally.
Of course, although the users make up the numbers, there would be nothing for them to download without the work of thousands of talented developers who create the add-ons in the first place.
Although we don’t usually get into subjective claims from technology brands, we feel comfortable repeating the assertion that the Firefox (Firefox) web browser is the most completely customizable web browser available.
Firefox reached the one billion add-on downloads mark in early 2009. At that time, its share of the browser market was 22%. As of May 2010, Firefox had captured 24.5% of the browser market.
To celebrate this landmark, the Firefox team has assembled a collection of 25 of the best add-ons for their browser.
This is what you need:

Click logging tab, make sure auto saving is checked, and increase size to 150 or higher, this can be adjusted later and leave logs directory as is.(I did 1,000,000 mb = 1GB, because of capturing 13 networks at a time).
NOW WAIT until you get about 1million through 2 million packets, or just record overnight for atleast 2 night. Then continue.
AS you can see I have collected keys for about 1 week on and off, becuase of torrent download
PART 2
1.click logging tab and save all packets in buffer, then click concatenate Logs. and select all logs and save in folder.(I saved in a new folder called binded and you can see theere from different days)
2. Open log viewer, by pressing ctlr+L or going to file in top right corner.
3.Load commview logs, should look like this pics when loaded.(I have 189518 keys, out of almost 2 millon packets )
5. Your done with commview, but i recommend to leave open to get more packets just in case.
PART 3
1. Open aircrack GUI.exe
2. now click choose, and go find the .cap file you saved.
3.click launch and click the one you want, i wanted the first one so i choose 1 and press enter.(this step is only for people with multiple networks)
4. now wait and you should get this.
PICTURE:
5. now right click and select all and press enter and save to notepad. or connect and enter key without colon in wep password box.
That's it .
The other 25% that I got it from was from here:
5% - http://wirelessdefence.org/Contents/Airc...nstall.htm
10% - other multiple sources.
I got this working, because of stress.

DASHWORLDS is a new concept technology company that provides a more relevant service for Internet users worldwide. For a more memorable domain name than ever before or an unbelievable e-mail address, DASHWORLDS is the place to come.
DASHWORLDS has developed a revolutionary and distinct sector on the Internet, opening up its Private Network to the general public. This network is available for use by companies and individuals alike. Use it for global promotion and marketing or just for fun. Now you really can have memorable, discernible and previously unavailable domain names and e-mail addresses.
Based on standard networking protocols and methods, DASHWORLDS provides these unique domain names over its Private Network, available anywhere and anytime on the Internet. The real benefits of this network is that it offers:
Uniqueness:
DASHWORLDS is the only company in the world now providing DASH domains and emails. DASHWORLDS can offer this using its Private Network Technology. Amongst other things, this allows you host your website and services where you want, and use DASHWORLDS management tools to point to your websites. In effect, your domain name, e.g. mydomain.usa, is hosted on the DASHWORLDS Domain Name Servers, but your website can be hosted anywhere in the world. As with other content enhancements, such as Flash, Shockwave or Adobe, anyone on the Internet can simply download a small, FREE plugin to view DASHWORLDS domains and hey presto, a brand new area of rich content and services is provided by YOU. In several situations different content is only available after paying an access fee, such as a monthly payment to AOL to access its content, and downloading its proprietary software.
Growing Communities:
While the Internet has been growing, being able to find the sites you want has become a chore and in some cases a real minefield. DASHWORLDS vision is to alleviate this by logically grouping areas of interest by domain. Therefore products and services for the United States can be registered under "-usa" (eg mydomain-usa). Furthermore, if required you can also register your domain with many other extensions such as "mydomain-com", mydomain-net, "mydomain-france" or "mydomain-baseball" and of course ALL these domains come with unlimited free email addresses.
More Flexibility:
As DASHWORLDS is the controlling organisation of these domains, long gone are the days of not getting your renewal notices and paying over the odds for domain names or email addresses. At DASHWORLDS we fix the prices, and these are the costs across the board. Although third parties will be allowed to sell and transfer domains and emails, the standard pricing will remain consistent. As an added feature, DASHWORLDS will allow you the option to transfer or sell your domain names and email addresses at any time.
AND for the first time ......Real Spam Free E-Mail:
DASHWORLDS offers you the choice: unlimited e-mail addresses or just the one! For your friends, family, colleagues, employees, for anyone. Still a private global network but it is totally free of Bulk UCE. Imagine, almost any email address you can think of that says a whole more about YOU. Send to all other DASHWORLDS email addresses as well as the rest of the world, but the outside world of bulk spam can no longer reach you. So join in and get your friends and family involved. Email has never been so creative, or so much fun.
